Are you passionate about teaching children and fluent in Turkish? Teach with us. merhabakids is seeking instructors to join our team and lead live and interactive classes in small groups. Our online Turkish language program for kids is based in Silicon Valley, United States, but we cater to children in multiple time zones such as Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern.

BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH MERHABAKIDS As a merhabakids instructor, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection. We offer flexible working hours that can fit your schedule. Additionally, our classes are small with a maximum of six children, ensuring that each child receives individual attention from the instructor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS We are looking for experienced instructors who are fluent in Turkish with an academic background. It is essential that you have experience teaching children or teens, and that you can create a fun-filled and creative learning environment that fosters the joy of learning. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours. We are looking for:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written Turkish
  • An academic background; preferably in Turkish, in Teaching, or both
  • Experience working with children or teens
  • Ability to use tech tools e.g., Zoom, Google Slides/Drive, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Our instructors are responsible for:

  • Using Zoom platform to instruct children between 4-11 years old
  • Conduct engaging live and interactive classes suitable for virtual learning, each session is 45 minutes
  • preparing classes using the predetermined curriculum
  • Communicating and collaborating with other remote instructors and administration

This is a Remote (work from home) position.

You will need A computer, zoom platform, strong internet connection, noise-canceling headset or earbuds, and an HD web camera. You must meet the bandwidth requirements.
